- remove before showering or swimming as chlorine and other chemicals will damage the metals

In order to safeguard the health and safety of all our customers only faulty or damaged items are eligible for refunds.
To initiate a return please see the guidelines below:
- please email us with your reason for returning the item and we will do our best to accommodate you
- returns must be initiated within 7 working days upon receipt.
- the product must be returned in its original packaging and the cost of the return shipping must be paid for by the customer
- if the product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged a full refund will be given via the original method of payment
- owing to hygiene reasons we cannot exchange earrings.
